The INKMIXER RM 501 SPS bench-top ink mixer is the result of many years of development work by Olbrich know-how. This model is a fully automatic bench-top ink mixing device for laboratory and industrial use and meets the requirements of modern mixing technology in closed containers for Newtonian liquids and thixotropic media, such as printing inks.

Overview and Applications

The RM 501 SPS is designed for modern mixing technology in closed containers and is suitable for Newtonian fluids as well as thixotropic media. This makes the model particularly suitable for applications involving printing inks and similar media in laboratory and industrial settings.

Samples are loaded through a swing door equipped with a safety switch. A clamping motor with an electronic clamping safety device ensures the proper clamping of containers of various sizes. The mixing process is based on a horizontally mounted eccentric shaft that, via a frequency converter, moves a mixing gondola at an angle of 8 degrees.

The fixed operating speed is 1,350 RPM. The mixing time can be electronically selected within a range of 0.1 to 9,999 minutes, although practical mixing times are usually only about 1.5 to 10 minutes, even with critical media.

Large loading capacity With containers up to 10 liters and the specified loading sizes, this model offers high flexibility for everyday use.
Automated and low-maintenance Automatic clamping, PLC control, centralized lubrication, and sound-insulated construction ensure quiet and stable operation.
Clean mixing in closed containers Since mixing takes place directly in the closed container, there is no need to clean mixers or similar tools.
