The RM 5001 is a modern color mixer based on a modular design and was developed for container sizes ranging from 50 ml to 10 liters, with a maximum capacity of 30 kg. Depending on the model variant, the sample is clamped either manually or fully automatically using a clamping motor.

Overview and Applications

The RM 5001 is designed as a floor-standing model for larger containers and more demanding applications than the compact benchtop units. Samples are loaded through a transparent swing door with a left-hand stop. The mixing process is driven by a vertically mounted eccentric at an eccentric angle of 8 degrees.

Thanks to its modular design, the model can be adapted to various process requirements. Depending on the version, either manual mechanical clamping or fully automatic clamping via a clamping motor is available. This makes the RM 5001 suitable for both traditional operating concepts and more automated workflows.

With the optional stepless speed control, the mixing behavior can also be adapted to different media and containers. This makes the RM 5001 a flexible solution for applications involving larger containers in both laboratory and industrial settings.
