RM-500
Rotary mixer
RM 500
The RM 500 is a compact rotary mixer designed for varnishes, paints, and printing inks. State-of-the-art technology, high safety standards, ergonomic operation, and very short mixing times were the focus of the development of this model. Even critical and thixotropic media can be mixed quickly and safely in closed containers.
Overview and Applications
The RM 500 was designed as a compact rotary mixer for daily use in laboratories, R&D, and production. This model is particularly useful for paints, coatings, and printing inks, especially when small to medium-sized containers need to be mixed quickly, cleanly, and with consistent results.
The work area is ergonomically designed and is loaded via a gas-spring-assisted swing door. Modern electronics, safety switches, timers, and an emergency stop ensure safe and practical operation.
The sample is clamped using a user-friendly, infinitely adjustable clamping device with two-hand operation and a safety height stop. The zero-stroke eccentric drive, operating at approx. 1,500 RPM and with an axial stroke of about 30 mm, moves the container in virtually all degrees of freedom, thereby ensuring intensive mixing within the closed container.
